First Week Meditation Practice
Wake up and sleep well with your pillow. Close both eyes and lift the eyeballs slightly upwards. Count backwards slowly from 100 to 1. Rhythmically, in sync with the breath. After counting to 1, say to yourself 3 times, 'Whenever I rest like this, I will go deeper and faster'. Complete the exercise by slowly counting from 1-5. Pause for a count of 3, say to yourself, 'When I close my eyes after counting to 5, I will be fully alert and feel wonderful'. Do this continuously for the first 7 days. Second Week Meditation Practice
Wake up and listen. Take a long breath and close your eyes. Eyeballs are small Lift up a little. Relax the body and count slowly from 50 to 1. Count rhythmically, in sync with breathing. Then open your eyes for a count of 4 and 5, repeating to yourself, 'I am fully awake, it feels wonderful'. Continue the practice for the second week in this way.
Meditation Practice of the Third Week
The third week's exercises become easier. Wake up and listen. Close the eyes, raise the eyelids slightly; Exhale and relax the body. Then slowly count backwards from 25 to 1. Count rhythmically, in sync with the breath. After counting to 1 say to yourself 3 times: 'Whenever I rest like this, I will go deeper, faster'. Then say to yourself 3 times: 'Taking a positive attitude. Thinking positive, talking positive, doing positive. Positive thinking brings me all the benefits and benefits I want'. Fourth and final Week of Meditation Practice
